How can you create a Scroll Group with an animation on top of it?

Hiya. I'm new to XD. Is it possible to make an animation on a scroll group and make it work together? For example, I'm trying to make the circular progress bar work at the same time as the scroll group (see image below). Any help would be much appreciated 🙂

I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to achieve. Would you be able to explain a bit more thorougly? Maybe post 2-3 artboards, showing the start and end stages of the animation?

Simultaneous animations are achievable with auto-animate for the duration of the transition, but there are limitations.
