How to open Alexa Plugin Skill Plugin in XDversion(21.2.12.3)- UK/Ireland

I cannot seem to figure out how to open the Amazon Alexa XD skill for the plugin in XD

I think it might be because I am signed into a amazon.uk account. And might need a amazon.com one?

Should I set up a new account to access this with XD?

Also if that is the case please release the skill on the UK market.
