I have two adobe accounts (personal and company) and sometimes I need the check things on my android device. To do this, I need to switch accounts quite often.

When I logout from the android app, there is the following message: "open an XD file on desktop. Connect to device using an USB cable -OR- Make logon to access your XD files and prototypes in cloud".

Curiously, the desktop app has the following message:

Capturar.PNG

Is the preview on device using USB cable available to Mac only?

Windows 10

Adobe XD Desktop app 33.1.12.4

Adobe XD Mobile app 33.0.0 (34957)

Hi Franco,

Sorry for the delay in response. Yes, if your device is running Adobe XD on Windows 10, real-time preview through USB is not supported on Android. Please check out this article on how to preview the cloud documents on android device: https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/xd/user-guide.html/ca/xd/help/preview-mobile.ug.html

Hope it helps.

Thanks,

Harshika

Sure, Franco. I will try to get that correct. Could you please share the screenshot on the android app where the information is incorrect about the preview?

Thanks,

Harshika

Sure! It's marked in the screenshot below.

Don't know how it's displayed in other languages, but in Brazilian Portuguese has this misinformation.
