How to transfer published design specs "with comments" to a different Adobe CC account?

We are using Adobe XD and its the design specs feature in our organisation. We have internal designers using XD via Adobe CC as well as external agencies who do the same. We also use the comments feature in design specs to have detailed conversations between the teams. Certain crucial discussions/decisions are arrived in these conversations, which we would like to keep captured on a permanent basis.

Now we have an agency that is working on XD just for our project. They will not renew their Adobe CC license after the project gets complete next month. The design specs have been published at their end and contains some important comments that we would like to keep recorded, for retrospective and legal purposes. The problem is that while they will handover the source files to us, however all the conversations on the product are linked with the design specs published on their CC account. This means that when the agency's Adobe CC account expires (upon non-renewal), then these conversations will be lost as well. We require a way for the published design specs (including conversations) to be transferred to our CC account for permanent storage - and to possibly continue conversations there.

So can you please let us know of a way to be able to transfer published design specs (with comments) to a different CC account?
