How to update AdobeXD on Mac OS Catalina ? AAU doesn't work properly

Hello,

Do you have a problem with AAU and Adobe Creative Cloud on Mac OS Catalina ?

Adobe XD is uptodate on my Macbook says Adobe Application Update. But it seems to be wrong. I've got 2 computers with diffrent versions both manage by Creative Cloud.  

Mac OS 10.15.6 Adobe XD 29.0.32.13

Windows 10 (1903) Adobe XD 32.2.22.2

The screenshot from Mac OS shows that AAU see the app as uptodate, but its not.

Can you help please ?

Sorry for the delay in response. If you're still experiencing the issue updating your app, please try signing out of XD and Creative Cloud app, restart the machine and then sign back in?

Hi Phil,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble. It looks like on macOS the app seems not up to date as the current version of XD is 32.2.22.2 so could you please try updating the app by following the steps shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/creative-cloud-updates.html

 

If this doesn't help, please uninstall and re-install the application and let us know how it goes?

Hello,

no it didn't work.

I uninstall Adobe XD and Creative Cloud from my Mac.

Reboot, and install Adobe XD again.

But the update doesn't work. Today the version is 33.0.12. I see on Windows Computer 33.1.12.
