Hi everyone, I'm trying to drag and drop my picture in my file but it's not working at all... First I have created a shape and try to drag the file on it but have an icon like "forbidden".

Any idea ?

Sorry to hear you are unable to drag the images into the XD. I am unable to reproduce the issue at my end. Would you mind sharing the OS and XD version of your machine? Are you trying to import PNG or JPG image?

Thank you for you quick reply. I'm using Windows 10 and the last version of XD as I have downloaded it 2 days ago. It doesn't work neither JPG nor PNG.

Thanks for sharing the information, Claire. We have the latest version of XD available (26.0). Please check and confirm if you're using the same version. Would you mind telling if it's happening in all the files with all the images that you're trying to download?

Hi Harshika,

 

I have the 26.0.22.5 version. Yes it's happening with all files ( I have tried jpeg / png / files from photoshop...) but still not able to import it in xd ...

Should I re-install the software ?
