Hello,

Sorry for the cause. Such dialog box appears when XD experience crash. 

Is it happening continously. If yes , you can click on top blue statement " Enviar informe" it will open the location where crash dump file is stored and provide us that dump to investigate. I may need more information to dig into the issue like

 

1. What all steps you did which led to crash

2. After how long you started XD, like system was on sleep mode or you were working in background.

3.  OS and Xd version

4. What is the reproducing rate

Answering your questions about the error:

1. What were all the steps you took that led to the accident

It is random, sometimes Acrobat XD starts in a normal way and other times
the error appears, whenever the error appears is when starting Acrobat XD,
I give it the Windows start button, I click Acrobat XD and when starting
the error appears.

2. After how long did XD start, as if the system was in sleep mode or
working in the background.

I do not understand this question, after the error occurs I give send or
the continue buttons that present the message and I can work in Acrobat XD.

3. OS and Xd version, OS is Windows 10 pro and XD is 37.1.32.2

4. What is the reproduction rate?

If I start Acrobat xd five times I get the error on approximately three of
those starts
