Hello.

I've no problem at accessing the internet and Creative Cloud. I've also read the Adobe documentation to diagnose cloud access issues, and I face none of them.

 

Regarding this documentation: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/cloud-documents.html, I open a XD file, and save it to the cloud. Everything seems to run fine (there is no notification about how things are going, so I guess this means "ok"). But I don't see the file on my Creative Cloud.

 

I've also tried to remove the Creative Cloud libraries folder, as recommended in the network problem doc, logout then login again, etc. Same.

 

Computer: macOS Catalina.
