Any external plugins that are available which are free?

Anima is there but the video feature is not free.

I see the request has been raised here: https://adobexd.uservoice.com/forums/353007-adobe-xd-feature-requests/suggestions/12924336-import-vi... whose status is feature started which means that team is working on it.
