Almost all of my work is effected by this as of 2 weeks ago although it's only on random screens

where the trasition is triggered from a screen button. I have rebuilt alot of my work on new art boards. Have XD upto date. Republished on new links. I have tried every posible way to get this to not hgappen. Its still happening.

If the page is loaded w bottom nav (no issues) then I navigate back and load the page with on screen trigger there are no issues.

These screens are very light interms of content. Loading animation type isn't a factor. This issue is occuring on any/all computers that load these screens.

This spinner just spinns forver.

I found the root of the bug and a workaround for now

example (you have to reload the page to get the bug to appen a second time)

https://xd.adobe.com/view/7c4d7bbf-c747-4006-66cd-e4f399f9ddcc-0a7c/

(for the same content)

if you set your animation to trigger from time and your delay is set to .0 then you have loading issues

if you set your animation to trigger from time and your delay is set to .2 then you do not have loading issues

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about the trouble. We can surely test this on our end, for that could you please share a few more details like:

  1. The version of Xd and the Operating System.
  2. Will it be possible for you to share the link of the prototype with us?

Regards

Rishabh
