keep crashing while using keyboard shortcuts (ctrl+v, ctrl+l) on ver 38.0.12

After updating to the newest version on win10, I couldn't have my job done since I spend my time on restarting Xd. And I can't open the file with older version. Is there any other solution to the problem?

1. Is this happening on a specific file or multiple files?
2. If it is happening on a specific file, will it be possible for you to share the file with us? If yes, please add the file to a shared location like Google Drive or DropBox and share the link with us.
3.
