Hi Dan,

We understand it could be frustrating for you. We would like to know a few more details like-

  • Would you mind sharing the OS and XD version of your machine?
  • How frequently it happens?
  • Is it happening with all the files or with a specific file?
  • Have you noticed any specific action disabling the shortcut?

We will try our best to help.

Thanks,

Harshika

Thanks Harshika.

My OS is Mac OS Mojave 10.14.6

XD: 28.6.12.3 Creative cloud sync 4.3.36.1

In a normal office day it happens randomly but every time I'm working on XD.

It happens with all files

Have you noticed any specific action disabling the shortcut? No.

After I restart XD the problems seems to disapperar for a while, but after a couple of minutes it come back.

I hope you could help me, this is the second conversation I've opened because of this.

Thanks Dan for sharing the details. Would you mind toggling the windows for a second whenever it happens and see if that works? I would also suggest sharing the log files with me over a private message for investigaton purpose.

Please generate the logs using this link: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html and upload the file to a shared location such as Creative Cloud or Dropbox and share the url with me over a PM.

Note: Please share the link of this post over a PM for reference.

We will try our best to help.

Thanks,

Harshika
