Keybord Not working at all

So recently i just reinstalled  XD because a recent Assignment is required using XD, and now the keyboard is not functioning at all, the only working key is the windows key. This is a big problem since i cannot type any text, copy paste and using shortcuts.

 

I hope the solution is founded as soon as possible.

Hi Adam,

 

Sorry to hear about the trouble. In addition to what Italosan asked, could you please share a few more details like:

 

  1. Is this happening only with XD?
  2. Are you using a QWERTY or AZERTY keyboard?
  3. Could you please reboot your computer and launch Adobe XD only and then check if its working or not.
