Library sync problems since update

Since the most recent update, even when I update a library and publish it, the changes don't translate to documents where the component is being used. The update prompt intermittently isn't showing up on the panel like it used to. Sometimes it works, sometimes the changes seem to just exist in the library document. This is a huge issue for our team and I'm not sure why the libraries were changed as they were operating fine prior to this update.

1. A screenshot of the About XD info.
2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
3. Does re-opening the file or restarting XD resolves this?
