Live Preview on Huawei Android 8.1.0

Live Preview from XD App for Android is not working.

Tested 3 cables (at least one is good for data transfers and charging)

Tested all USB Modes, but the Mobile device is always switching back to charing only (as far as i tested it the USB charging mode should  work since my second android  phone (OS: 6.0.1) with same USB charging mode enabled is working nicely)

Tested it with an iPhoneX, i got immediately a LivePreview from the same XD Document on the mac…

Here are the specs for the specialists:

Adobe XD App (macOS version) 19.2.22.3

macOS Mojave: 10.14.5

XD Mobile App (Android version): 19.0.0 (20183)

Android OS (on a Huawei P20 Pro): 8.1.0 = EMUI = Android Version

Any ideas appreciated.

Update:

LivePreview on Android OS (on a Huawei P20 Pro): 8.1.0 = EMUI = Android did work in general.

I tired a new document which was displayed without any delay. I cloned the first artboard from the problematic file to the new doc and still i had a nice prieview.

So now i have to check the content of my xd design file…

which object is not compatible with android 8.1.0 (the same xd file could be previewed on Android 6.0.1 and iOS 12.2)?

Hi Preran.

I handed over the topic to my colleague to check it out which content is problematic, and they told me, that it was a font issue.
On the iPhone we had a warning message that some fonts are missing and this caused the problem on the Android 8.1.0…
I hope that info can help other designers using XD with LivePreview on Android mobiles.
