Hey, I have just finished installing Adobe XD, and it seems as though the installation was successful, however, when I click on the Adobe XD shortcut on my computer to open the application, a white screen appears then disappears moments later. I have attempted to open the file multiple times with the same result. Any suggestions on how to fix this problem? Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi Kaiya_c, sorry to hear that you are having trouble while launching Adobe XD. I am assuming that you are using Windows 10 here. If yes, please check this link:- Adobe XD shows white screen after launch and crashes on Windows and share the results.

In case you need further assistance, please share the OS version along with the version of Adobe XD which you are using. We would also need some logs from your end. Please enable crash dump: - How to generate Crash dump on a Windows machine and share the file with us using CC or Dropbox. We'd also appreciate if you could run the logs collector tool: -How to use the Creative Cloud Log Collector tool and share the link with us.
