Missing Cloud files after updating Adobe XD

When updating Xd, files on the cloud DISAPPEAR alltogether. This is unacceptable. How can we trust that our work won't disappear. This has happened to me a number of times. Where is the fix??

Sorry to hear about the trouble. That's strange behavior, technically it should not happen, however since it is happening we will need to identify the cause of the issue. Could you please share a few more details like:

 

  1. A screenshot of the About XD info page under the help menu.
  2. Could you please check if your files are available here: https://assets.adobe.com/
