Multiple issues when using Adobe XD

Hi,

Since few days i have many autoclose of the app.

Ctrl A and paste a bouton (prototype mode)

undo is not available, i need to restart xD

sometimes without any action

and i can't move artboard by cursor (mouse) the title is not display, it's tricky to work.

my other app work fine but it remenber the begining of this app i'm a early user.

all that bugs came from the last update.

anything from your side uys ?

Can you try installing to the latest update of XD (24.4.22.1) and let us know if you are still facing this issue?

Hi,
Nothing change after re-install.
It's really like the beginning of the app.
I need to close and re-open to get the undo, and the board name for moving
then.
Do you have other case?

Are you on an Individual, Team, or Enterprise license. If you are on an Individual subscription, send me your Adobe ID, location, and phone number over a private message. I will create a support case for you after which a member of the support team will get in touch with you for further investigation. I still have the same problems.

i discover than another designer of my team have similar bugs.

What can do for that?

undo , artboard, link doesn't work after few moments.
