Need advice to speed up my lagging XD

I experienced multiple instances of the progress colour wheel appearing/delays/visual lag between each action (shifting a pixel, changing component states...etc). My assumed causes are:

1. States contains too many elements
2. There are too many states in a component
3. Having components in components
   
   Please advise what I can do to speed up!

Please check Task Manager and "End Task" the process that you don't need.

Hi do you mean quitting all other unused applications so that only XD is running? I have tried that but it is still lagging.

But it wasn't stated if the problem is resolved or how it is resolved after they shared their working files with the Adobe team
