Not able to Export

I am currently trying to export a few selected boards as png's. XD won't allow me to do that for some reason. Any ideas for what I can do to fix this?

1. The version of XD and OS.
2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?
3. Are you getting any error? If yes, please share a screenshot of the error.
