Dear Support team have some questions regarding the product: 1. I have just bought the monthly plan, and when I try to access my old links it asks for password, but I have set no password for the links 2. When the monthly plan is over, and later when I buy the new one will the old links disappear and I need to create new ones?
Thanks for reaching out. This is not expected, usually changing the plan doesn't make any impact on the previously published link so would you mind updating that link once, with design review as the view setting, and check if it is still asking for a password?
