Opening a new project profile template and cloud documents not working at all. PLEASE HELP!!

For some odd reason even after uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times Adobe XD has chosen not to open anything regarding a new design template, new documents etc. Also I can't view prototypes on mobile like before the latest update because none of my documents save to the cloud no matter what I do ( and yes i click the drop down option to save to the cloud instead of on my computer). Since this is happening I can't natively share anything to other people, developers etc... I love Adobe XD so I'm hoping this is a isolated issue and with help of the forums this can be resolved quickly. I've found workarounds but it's growing exponentially frustrating to say the least.

I appreciate any knowledgable feedback particularly from a Adobe dev, or designer—Looking forward to the feedback.

Thanks!

The discussion helped solved my issue after deleting and installing the adobe sync folder in utilities, and reinstalling adobe creative cloud which finally forced the actual update to install across all of the applications.
