[Other]-Cloud autosave occasionally freezes and blurs the canvas in XD

Windows 10, adobe XD 27.0.12 and several previous versions

For a while now the autosave feature will occasionally freeze just the canvas of XD. All menus still work, and clicking around the frozen canvas will change the information in the right drawer, as though the canvas is not actually frozen, its just not rendering updates. I can NOT pan around the canvas. In the two most recent versions of XD the canvas gets blurry when this happens, like an incredibly low-resolution rendering. This specific bug only seems to happen if an autosave happens while I'm working in the document, and can only be resolved by reopening XD.

Hi there,

We are sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with autosaving in XD. Would you mind checking if your graphic card drivers are up to date? Please visit the manufacturer's site to check for the latest update. It would be really helpful if you can share a short video of the behavior. Is it happening with all the files or with a specific file?
