[Other]-Error while opening XD: Proxy server authentication is necessary

I have just updated a couple of programs, and even updated my account password as I do every so often... But now XD says that proxy server authentication is necessary.. Is this the same as my Adobe log in credential? I've never seen this before and it won't accept my adobe credentials

We are sorry to hear you're having trouble using Adobe XD. Would you mind confirming if you are working in an enterprise enviornment? What is the OS and XD version of your machine? Did you check with your IT team to check if any proxy is blocking XD?
