I would like to have a scrolling popup like it works on this page: https://www.chanel.com/de/parfum/p/125530/n5-eau-de-parfum-zerstauber/

As soon as you scroll further down and the product goes out of the picture a popup should come from above. Further information on the product follows below. Is there a possibility to trigger a popup by scrolling or is there another solution to create this?

Hi there, you can (kind of) achieve this using a workaround with some "covers".
It's a bit hacky, but I think it does the job. Basically, you make 2 versions of the header, where one is the default shown, and the other is "fixed", but it's under a cover that scrolls with the content and reveals it past a certain point.

Unfortunately, there's no scroll trigger for actions right now, so we can't make the slide down animation, but I think it's close enough.

I made a quick example for you to check

Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out. I would suggest checking this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rBmtbTqeaG4 and see if that help. I am also keeping the discussion open for our experts @Spas K.  to share their thoughts on this one.

Thanks,

Harshika

I made a quick example for you to check out. It has 2 reveal steps - first the header becomes sticky, and then the item bar with the buy button shows. Here's the web prototype, and here's the xd file. Ideally, you want the cover to end between pieces of content, so you don't have to make duplicates of the content and mask it (you will know what I'm talking about when you explore the file).

Hope this helps 🙂
