Problem Regarding Invite to Document

Need help on inviting people to document.

 

I have an Adobe subscription, but i haven't been able to invite more than one person to my XD document. Each time i add a new person, "Maximum invite status" pops up. I've reach out to the customer service for assitance and do the following XD - Uninstall > Sign Out Adobe CC > Restart Computer > Sign In > Reinstall XD. But the problem still persist.

 

Any suggestion is greatly appreciated, got a project need to be viewed by some.

 

Running XD 34.1.12.9 on 27", late 2012 iMac with Catalina 10.15.7

Sorry for the trouble, I'd like to inform you that the product team is aware of this issue and it's under investigation. It would be great if you could help us with the following process. It's going to speed up the investigation procedure. 

 

  • Does this happen while you're publishing the prototype as well?
  • From which country are you operating?
  • When you open the share panel, do you see an upgrade banner at the bottom of the pane?
  • Are you able to share more than 2 links at that time when this error comes?
  • Can you confirm if the Help->Upgrade menu is enabled at the time of this issue?

I also got this error even though adobe 1 year purchased account. When will this error be fixed?

Sure, anything that i can do to help, things happens. Hope this get fixed soon.

 

To answer your question :

 

  1. Just tested it, shared link through the share panel using developer preview works fine when selecting invite only.
  2. Jakarta, Indonesia
  3. based on the share panel, only update link button is availabe, no upgrade button whatsoever
  4. yes
  5. the no upgrade menu in Help whatsoever

 

attached are screenshot for no. 3 and 5 in case i was mistaken.
