Problem with add-ons

Hello everyone, I have a free license of Adobe XD, for a personal order, and I would like to export to an HTML, I found the add-on but i can not see, therefore I can not download the add-ons.

Below I show you the problem, how can I solve it?

• What is the OS and XD version you're using?
• Is it happening with all the plugins or with just one plugin?
• What is the name of the plugin that you're trying to download?

Hi Ms Verma, my system is following:

- Windows 10 1903 x64

- CPU AMD FX-6100

- GPU Radeon RX 560 4GB

- RAM Kingston DDR3 16GB 1800Mhz

- Adobe XD v20.1.12.4

- Browser Chrome v75.0.3770.100

I can not see any plugin to install, I log in in website and applications.
