Prototype link is appearing blank web browser

I'm experiencing issues with the protoype functionality. I'm working on a PC platform, and I didn't experience issues with the previous version of XD (Version 11). After my XD updated to version 12, any prototype link that I create appears blank in a web browser. It also appears blank for others that view the link in varioud browsers. Addtionally, the link that I created in version 11 that worked originally before the update, no longer shows the prototype either. However, I am able to view old prototype links from other XD design files that still work.

One of my colleagues shared a patch for XD version 12.1.12.1 that I'm now running but I'm still experiencing the issue with prototypes. I'm concerned that any other XD file that I open will experience this same issue, and potentially corrupt the file in some way.

I'm happy to share the XD file and more details on my computer setup.

Thank you for your help!

Allie

This is what I'm seeing, which all looks good:

We do have reports that very large artboards can have some issues exporting content towards the bottom of the artboard. It looks like this artboard does exceed that size at which we've seen this happen, so you're probably running into that bug. This will be fixed in the next version of XD. A workaround is to make the artboard shorter for the moment.

Are you using Google Chrome to view the prototypes? If so this is a bug with Google Chrome that will be fixed in the next version of Chrome: XD Prototype not working - missing elements when loaded – Adobe XD Feedback : Feature Requests & Bug...

In Firefox on my Mac I can view all 3 links you shared above.

Thanks for your response, Stuart!

I am using Google Chrome to view the prototype. When viewed in Firefox or Microsoft Edge, part of the prototype appears but it some of the graphics are not appearing in full, so there still seems to be an issue with the prototype itself rather than the browser.

To make things more confusing, I'm able to create a prototype with a different project design file and the prototype appears just fine in Google Chrome. So it leads me to believe that there's an issue with the XD file and that it's corrupt in some way.

When you view the prototypes on your Mac and scroll down the page below the "What we do" section, do you see the image below get cut off?

For what it's worth Chrome is showing document.write() errors, and according to this article, Chrome 55 and later prevents pages that try to use that feature:
