I created a simple animation in Adobe XD.

The program creates a file format instead of a single animated file.

2 static artboards (2 svg files).

How to save the file so that you can transfer to developers the finished animation created in XD?

Hi Romb,

Thanks for using Adobe XD, as you wish to share the prototype to developers. Please choose "Share or development"  from the share button on the top right corner. Please update this discussion in case you need further assistance.

In addition to what Atul said, I don't think there is a way to use the animation from XD directly in an application. The animation is a representation of how things will look in the final site or application. The developer of the site or app will have to recreate those animations using code.

Thanks,

Preran

There is some workaround that can be used. You need to create video> and then export as GIF. Then developer can use it as gif. Or create that animation in Photoshop, Animate or other program and import into xd
