Rollover Button: How to in Adobe XD?

Super basic question:

I want to have rollover and click states for some of my buttons.

In order to do this in XD, do I need to link the alternate states (Separate graphics) within the Prototyping function? Or is there a simpler way to do it?

Am I supposed to do this as an Overlay?

I have a feeling this is done some way otherwise and I simply don't know the correct term for it in XD.

Please advise.

There is no rollover action in XD - but looks like it's coming soon?

You could probably simulate a rollover effect using the overlay feature until an actual rollover option is included.

Tried that, but I can't make more than one work on a page at a time. What am I missing?

Please give us this ASAP!! Amazing how many seemingly 'no braining' features are still to be included! Isn't a rollover one of the most fundamental elements of UX?
