Scroll sections messed up on web preview

When I add scroll sections to my prototype, they always look messed up when previewing in the browser. It doesn't matter what "%" I view it at, the bars are super buggy.

In my opinion this is a major flaw because it breaks the design visually. Not just this version, it's been happening since the scrollbars were introduced, for me.

As I understand, it is a problem with scrollbars in Windows in general - they don't overlay content but add to its size. I've heard Microsoft is preparing another UI update for Windows this year and it should include updated scrollbars. Until then there is nothing anyone can do about it.

I'm on Windows myself and I have the same issue, but I only share prototypes with developers - they know to account for this.

I will add to this that i can adjust the zoom % by between 5-10% to get it to display correctly, but that # is different for each artboard.  So if i'm showing off this prototype, i have to note which zoom % works for each screen and adjust each during my presentation.
