Scroll To bouncing when targeting end of page

I made a button with a scroll interaction, it works, but when it reaches position it bounces back about 400 pixels, and I cant make it go lower, tried making a small box at the bottom edge but the same amount of offset keeps happening, and no, the offset of the scroll per se is at 0, changing it doesnt work either

If I understand correctly, you want the scroll to stop at the very bottom of the page, but it reaches the bottom and comes back up 400px?
