[Share]-Error: "There was an error sending the invite. Please try again" in Adobe XD.

Hi, I've just tried to share a private link with only several team members that I wish to invite, but after multiple attempts it keeps on returning a failed message: There was an error sending the invite. Please try again.

 

There is no further explanation about the error or about how to resolve it. My XD version is 24.4.22.1, please help!

We are sorry to hear you are facing trouble inviting people to edit in Adobe XD. Would you mind trying to sign out of XD and Creative Cloud app and sign back in? We would also request you to please try restarting the machine.

Hi there

 

I am having this same issue. I have signed out of XD and CC APP and restarted machine. When I try and invite colleague I get the red error message and no email is sent even though the colleague appears in the member area?

 

Help with this would be much appreciated.
