Whenever I generate or update a 'Share for Review' link to view on the web, I am presented with either a loading wheel which doesn't resolve or just a single thin line instead of the full page mockup.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

James

Hi James,

I understand how you feel, I will do my best to help you. A few more details would be super helpful to help you better like: -

  • Which version of XD are you using?
  • What is your OS version?

Awaiting your response.

Thanks,

Harshika

Hi jamesc77326857,

You usually get this thin line issue when the viewport height of the page is set to the top of the page, You can also check it by looking for the visual marker shown in the screenshot below.

vertical-height.png

Setting it to an appropriate height should fix the thin line issue.

Regarding the loop, I would suggest you to try an alternate network to rule our the network issue.

Regards

Vivek P

Hi Vivek,

Thank you for the explanation, that did indeed fix the issue.

Whilst I'm here, is it possible to view artwork on the web via the 'share for review' function in 2X for retina screens?

Best regards,

James
