Hi,
I need to make sure that everyone at my company has access to prototypes I build.
Currently, I have all the private presentation links posted on a single page. Employees click on the link, and request access. Then I go into assets.adobe.com and approve each request. I need a better way to do this that is not manually copy pasting everyone's email address into the prototype "Share" section.
Is there maybe a set of webhooks/API calls that can help me solve this issue, or a built in feature in Adobe XD?
Does anyone at Adobe have any insight as to when we will be able to group Prototypes together in an Adobe Library and share one item out to everyone in order for them to gain access to all the material?
Thanks,

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out. We would like to know if you are working on an enterprise network. If yes, please check out this article: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/help/share-designs-prototypes.html#create-private-link in order to share the private link with a group of people.
Let us know if that helps.
Thanks,
Harshika

Yes, this seems like a great solution! I will look into this and post here again if I have any questions implementing this!
Thank you,

Is there a group that by default includes everybody in the account?

If you have a company-wide alias that includes everyone, then the answer is probably yes. If you have a large distribution list, this isn't probably a great idea but then, if that is what you want...
Most of us here work with individual licenses, so I would double-check with your administrator before you go this route. Your administrator can contact Adobe Support directly if they have any concerns or need more info.

The people don't need any licenses. They just need to view a prototype in presentation mode.
Trying to see if IT can automate adding people to our Adobe account and in particular user groups.

Hey Preran,
So I am doing the method where I create a user group and share all the content to it.
I am getting reports from some people that they have access and it works fine, but for some people this process is not working, and they are not getting access.
I removed the "Product Profile" since I was getting warnings that I was out of licenses, but this does not seem to have fixed the issue.
Do you have any idea why some people may not be able to access the XD links even after I added them to the user group in the admin console website?

I am not quite sure. It does look weird that some users receive the share while others don't.
Like I said, my expertise is limited to use cases for individual subscribers. For Enterprises, I suggest checking with your admin to contact Adobe Support.

In stead of expecting Adobe XD to beef up the Share feature, why not use workflow integration apps like Slack, Jira, and others to share links of previews and communicate about it ? You can even hook them up to Creative Cloud messaging !

Hey, you suggested this last time too and it just does not fit our current use case! Thanks
