I use mostly Adobe XD for my work.

First, I can see my work on xd mobile app not having font problem.

But now, Adobe XD mobile app has displaying Korean font problem. I can't see correct text on mobile app!

I think this problem is mobile app bug.

I want fixed it.

Thanks

But I had tried and find a solution by making character spacing for "Open Sans" font to 0 and then it is displayed exactly as it is on desktop.

I don't know the reason why is this happening

Hi there,

We are sorry to hear that you are facing trouble opening korean fonts in XD mobile app. We would like to know a few more details.

  • What is the OS and XD version of your machine?
  • What is the make and model of your mobile device?
  • Is it happening with a specific font?
  • Are fonts displaying fine on desktop?

Awaiting your response.

Thanks,

Harshika

Hi there, as these font's are not from Adobe Fonts they don't automatically sync to your mobile device. If the device doesn't have the font, it shows up in a similar font availabe on mobile device.

Thanks,
