Everything seems up and running now. Although it was a very short period, this almost cost us our job. We have to explain to our "NON TECHNICAL" clients why and how this happened. I hope Adobe can just put a message board if their system is under-maintenance, down or having critical issues - even a Tweet would do. Because we ended up asking another company connected to the client to show proof that the servers are really down and not our mistake, file mishandling or something.
