[Share]-Reviewer missing comments pin icon at his end.

Hello! I'm able to see and use pins for comments in the review page of my XD mockups but my client is not. To them it looks like this:

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the prototype link. I am able to see the icon to pin the comment at my end on my chrome browser on windows machine. Would you mind asking your client to open the link on any different browser and share results?
