After upgrading to the latest version of XD, and re-installing the app on my Android, I can no longer load any of my cloud documents for previewing on my phone. Connecting via USB or internet has the same affect. The files only partially load then stall out. Is there a fix?

Hi there,
That's strange we haven't seen any one else reporting the issue. Would you mind connecting via a different USB cable or try with a different network connection? We would also request you to please try with a different phone as well and share results with us.
