I shared link with other team members and clicked on the link myself to make first comments but I can't see the comments icon.  I not in full screen mode and still can't see the comments icon.   Now another team member say they can't make comment.   I select Design Review link that suppose to have this feature.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for you help in this matter.  Originally, I shared my XD design under Design Review and added the password option.  My team mates said they couldn't access comments, nor could I see comments when I clicked on the linked.   So I tried again and this time used Customise and did not password protect it, and it worked as we can see comment icon and make comments..  I don't know what happen the first time under Design Review, and I was using desktop and not moble device.  Thanks ag

In addition to what has been requested in the previous post, I suggest going through the process in https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/xd/help/share-designs-prototypes.html to see if you may have missed anything during the sharing process.

Thanks,

Preran

Maybe there's a glitch with this file and its upload. Perhaps the authentication went astray. Can you see this whole set of icons and elements in the upper right corner ? Are you logged in ? Does it happen with every file you shared, or just this one ?
