Sorry to hear you are unable to see the files properly. I would like to know if you and your collegues are on the same XD version. Are you seeing the same issues with all the shared files or with specific one's? Please share your XD and OS version. I would also request you to please try to open the files on a different machine if possible and see if you are able to see everything fine.
