Shared file - Different components

I view shared files differently from my colleagues.
We all work on the same shared file in the cloud, but the components are different.

 

I do not see much text in the components, while my colleagues do.

I also see files they have saved locally differently when they are shared with me.

Can you help me?

Hey Alessandra,

 

Sorry to hear you are unable to see the files properly. I would like to know if you and your collegues are on the same XD version. Are you seeing the same issues with all the shared files or with specific one's? Please share your XD and OS version. I would also request you to please try to open the files on a different machine if possible and see if you are able to see everything fine.

Hi 🙂

Yes, we have both the last version of Adobe XD using MacOS Catalina 10.15.7.

At the moment we noticed only in a specific file, The Design System ones.

 

I've already tried without success:

• to open the file with my personal MacOS with last version XD using Big Sur

• to copy the file

• to use the file that my colleague had saved locally.
