Hi everyone, we are experience some problems with the links that we create to share with our dev teams. We have no problem creating them, but when we open them in a google tab for example the page appear blank, the content doesn't load.

We try to open them in different browsers and switching our VPN connection but nothing seems to works. Can somebody help please?

Thanks!

Hi Alexandra,

Sorry to hear about the trouble and for the delay in response. Please try the suggestion shared here: https://helpx.adobe.com/xd/kb/issue-view-web-prototypes.html

In case if you are still unable to preview, please share a few more details like:

  1. The version of XD.
  2. Is this happening with a specific link or multiple links?
  3. Are you connected to a private network or a managed network like a work network?

Regards

Rishabh

Hello Rishabh 🙂

We check the link you sent but with the browsers everything it's ok. The error we are experience happens in Chrome, IE, Moxilla etc.

Responding to your questions:

1. The version is 34.1.12

2. It happens with several links (almost everyone)

3. We are connected through a work network yes, with a VPN

If you have some more questions please feel free to ask 🙂

Thank you for the help 🙂

Thanks for sharing the link, could you please share a sample link so that we can test this on our end? I'd also request if you can test the prototype on a different network and check how it goes.
