hello Im workig on a shared project, and both the project creator and me have updated to the XD version and restarted the pc various times and I still can't access the file it shows as shown in the screenshot.
Sorry to hear about the trouble. Please try the steps shared below:
Sign out of XD and Adobe CC Desktop app.Close CoreSync and all Adobe related processes from Task Manager/Activity Monitor.Sign in on Adobe CC desktop app and launch XD from there and check if it works.

A screenshot of the About XD info page and the Operating System.Is it happening with a specific file or multiple files?
