Shortcuts on Non-English keyboard layouts

The shortcuts are quite good for English keyboard layout. However, how would I use this shortcut Strg + ] on a German layout?

Hi, any updates since 2017?  Latest version still contians shortcut f.e. [Shift+Ctrl+'] which is not working on Czech keyboard layout. Any posibility to modify these shortcuts? I mean like in config files or whatever?
