Slide action moving previous artboard

The following topics explains the difference between Slide and Push actions (https://community.adobe.com/t5/Adobe-XD/Slide-vs-Push/m-p/8974071#M2096). It says the Slide action moves the new artboard over the previous one.

The current version of Xd adds movement to the previous artboard while the new one slides over the it.

I'd like to know if this is the right behaviour or the previous artboard should be static while the new artboard slides over it.
