slow loading time on XD links

Since the November updated the loading time on the XD links is very slow.
As well as the slow loading, not all the images download first time. So after a few times refreashing the page and waiting, it's only then can I view the link correctly.

note: viewing on Chrome, Version 86.0.4240.183 (Official Build) (x86_64)

2. Is this happening with a specific file or multiple files?

We're so sorry for the delay in response. Could you please confirm if you are still experiencing the issue with the latest version of XD which is 35.1? If yes, please share a sample link so that we can test this on our end.
