Solution - Unable to open Adobe XD cloud docs

We have an outage that could be causing issues with opening cloud documents. We suggest trying these solutions until the issue is resolved.

Try this first:

  1. Open CC desktop application
  2. Click the three dots on the top right corner
  3. Click, "Check for App Updates"
  4. Log into CC desktop app and Adobe XD.
  5. Restart your computer and log in to desktop app and XD

If that did not help...

  • Terminate CoreSync processes from Activity Monitor (Mac OS) or from Task Manager (Windows)
  • Restart CoreSync process by navigating to the folders and double-clicking CoreSync
    • macOS: Application\Utilities\Adobe Sync\Core Sync

    • Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Sync\CoreSync
