I have put some xd files in the Creative Cloud Files folder and while I can see them in Creative Cloud (they are in a Synced Files tab), I don't see them in Adobe xd or Creative Cloud Desktop - there is no such thing as Synced Tab. Why those files are visible in webapp but not in desktop app?
Hi Exchelr,
Sorry for the delay in response and thank you for sharing the screenshot, "Synced files" are actually different than "Cloud Documents", that's why you don't see it in XD. Please check out the thread to convert the synced file to XD cloud document - How to transfer files from "Synced Files" to "Clou... - Adobe Support Community - 10334244.
Let me know if you need further assistance we'd be happy to help you with this.
Thanks,
Atul_Saini

Hi, try to log out of your Adobe account and then log back in again.

I did that but it didn't help. Furthermore I've uninstalled everything from Adobe and removed all leftover folders from Program Files, Common Files, AppData. After that I installed Creative Cloud and I still don't see Synced Files in it.
