Syncing Problem opening cloud file in XD.

Hi Team,

I'm having problems opening an XD file cloud file. I have already uninstalled and install xd but still showing syncing. I have waiting 3-4hrs but no luck.

Adobe XD version: 39.0.12
Windows 10

Anyone, that has a solution to my problem? Please let me know.

Hi Ankit, Sorry to hear about the trouble. If you have other collaborators working on the same file, please ensure that they have the latest version of XD. If it still doesn't work, please try the steps shared below: Sign out of XD and CC Desktop app. Close CoreSync and All Adobe-related processes from the Task Manager. Reboot your computer. Sign back in on the CC Desktop app and launch XD from there. Let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance. Regards Rishabh
