Transitions Not Working in Published Prototype

Hi,

I'm new in Adobe XD. I made a prototype that works fine in preview console. But when I published the link to share with client, the transitions are not working. You can see the transitions in the video.

Prototype link: Adobe XD CC

Video: Set 1 11 18 2018 10 12 48 PM - YouTube

I did auto-animate and added other transitions. Everything is wired correctly, artboards are same size although there are components coming in and out of artboards for auto animation. No overlays, just transitions.

I'm working on Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Many thanks.

Thats so heart breaking but other transitions are also not working.

Is it because I used auto-animate already?

Many thanks for your help!

Auto-Animate will become standard fade-in when you view as a web prototype, but the transition should still be there. Can you create a new document and paste artborad one by one to see where it's breaking?

Hry bro i found out the solution it took me lot of time to figure it out its actually a bug.

what you need to do is

step 1: remove all wires / connections between artboards.

step 2 : create new wires / connections between artboards .

i know its a lot of work to do ... you can do it just remove the connection and connect it change transitions as well

save xd , close it then restart your software .check it

... hope you got it

Yep! Other transitions are working now!

I figured that it makes sense that auot-animate doesn't work coz XD has to generate all the crazy codes to make it work in browser. However, I really look forward to the day that the amazing XD dev team will make it happen.
I've purchased pro so now I can share as many as prototypes and design specs. I'm loving it!

Many thanks everyone, you are wonderful peeps.

Hey, I just had the same issue, where removing all wires and creating new ones didnt work. I found that the problem for me was that trigger delay was set to 0s. Increasing it to 0.1s solved the problem for me. 🙂
